Whyte & Mackay Packaging and IdentityThe first project I was engaged in for Whyte & Mackay was to redesign the labelling for their core product. This was based on an old label found in their vaults and eventually formed the foundation of the identity for the company itself.
The type was hand-drawn, as was the emblematic double lion symbol.
Once the identity was in place I was responsible for creating artwork for the entire range of products, and all marketing output including large format posters, promotional brochures, point of sale materials and the website. (I can't claim to have applied the logo to the 2009 Force India formula one car livery, but thought it worth including.)
